Abstract submission guidelines

The official language of the conference is English.
Deadline for abstract submission is 6th September 2026.

Abstract must be submitted in the Word document template provided here (.docx file). You may apply for an oral or poster presentation (please specify in the document title).

Document in Word must be sent to cece.bratislava@uniba.sk.

Presentations

Oral and poster presentation guidelines

To ensure a smooth experience for both presenters and attendees, please review the following guidelines for your upcoming presentation.

Presentation format

Oral

  • Time allocation:
    Plenary speaker: 40 min
    Keynote speaker: 30 min (25 min + 5 min Q&A)
    Regular speaker: 20 min (15 min + 5 min Q&A)
    Young session speaker: 15 min (13 min + 2 min Q&A)Please respect the time limits to keep the program on schedule.
  • Slide aspect ratio: We recommend using a 16:9 (widescreen) ratio for your slides.
  • File format: Please save your presentation as a PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx) file.


Poster

  • The recommended format for posters is A0 (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches). The size of the poster panels is 120 x 90 cm (portrait orientation).
