The registration fee covers the conference materials, attendance to all lectures, coffee breaks, lunch (22nd October 2026), welcome and farewell event, and conference dinner.

Registration cancellation policy
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration before 21st September 2026; no handling fees will be required.
- If you cancel your registration after 21st September 2026 and before 5th October 2026, we will charge a 50% handling fee.
- 100% handling fee will be charged for cancellations after 5th October 2026.
